I'm starting to think I do my monthly market updates for myself at this point, but it is good for me to keep up on the trends so you don't have to.
As always, I'm curious how the next month will be because of the nature of a 30 day escrow being the average, we have several lagging indicators for the next set of numbers to be released.

Going to be quite the long project but I'm motivated because I can't have multiple projects at once and I want to build my off-road truck so Cassie's 55' Chevy needs to get some love.
We finally picked up an engine even though we need a ton of parts to get started. Still need to get a transmission, headers and steering gear box before I can weld in the motor and transmission mounts because I need to figure out placement!
Also, we plan to document on YouTube because why not. Eventually, we will get that going too.
